Authenticator has old managed accounts greyout

Question

Hi, I am unable to complete removal old managed accounts from Authenticator app on my Android. After I remove them they remain the list of accounts in Authenticator app but greyed out.
How can I completely remove these old managed accounts?

You can remove the accounts from phone. On my android it is Settings\Passwords & accounts.
