-Reset the outlook profile, (Deleted profile from registry also.)
-Wiped C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\ folder

-Followed instruction from below URL.

I downloaded and launch the diagnostic tool "Diag: Outlook keeps asking for my password"
I got "system settings look fine" Result

I have tested every MS solution.. tools etc. This fixed my issue

    1. Open the Regedit application as the client. (This should not be done as admin as it will apply the changes to your profile instead of the client's settings.)
    2. Go to “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity.”
    3. Verify if there is a DWORD value named “EnableADAL” that is set to 0. (If “EnableADAL” is not found in the registry, skip to step 6.)
    4. Update the DWORD value for “EnableADAL” to 1.
    5. Select OK.
    6. Verify if there is a DWORD value named “DisableADALatopWAMOverride” that is set to 1. (If the DWORD value for “DisableADALatopWAMOverride” is set to 0, skip to step 9.)
    7. Update the DWORD value for “DisableADALatopWAMOverride” to 0.
    8. Select OK.
    9. Close Regedit. 10. Open Outlook and sign-in.

    Hi @Byungkook ,
Are you using Basic Authentication to log in? Microsoft is disabling Basic Authentication, you could refer to the blog:
    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/exchange-online-email-applications-stopped-signing-in-or-keep/ba-p/3641943
You could use the following method:

    1. Exit Outlook.
    2. Start Registry Editor : Press Windows Key + R to open a Run dialog box. Type regedit.exe, and then press Enter.
    3. In Registry Editor, locate and click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange
    4. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
    5. Type AlwaysUseMSOAuthForAutoDiscover, and then press Enter.
    6. Right-click AlwaysUseMSOAuthForAutoDiscover, and then click Modify.
    7. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
    8. Exit Registry Editor.

    Hello there,

This issue can also occur if the Logon network security setting on the Security tab of the Microsoft Exchange dialog box is set to a value other than Anonymous Authentication but it seems you have tried all the troubleshooting steps for this and still facing the issue.

Starting on October 1, 2022, Microsoft is starting to disable an outdated way of logging into Exchange Online known as “basic authentication.” This outdated method is vulnerable to various forms of password attacks. The newer authentication standard is based on a standard called OAuth and the Microsoft implementation of this standard is called “modern authentication.”

If you are using Outlook for Windows with POP or IMAP protocol, that will stop working permanently when basic authentication is the disabled end of this year. Outlook for Windows does not support modern authentication using POP or IMAP and if you need to keep using those legacy protocols, you will have to use a different email client (for example, Thunderbird).

Did you solve the problem? I have exactly the same problem on 2 customer PC's, and can't find a solution.
    Kind regards,

" Outlook for Windows does not support modern authentication using POP or IMAP and if you need to keep using those legacy protocols, you will have to use a different email client (for example, Thunderbird). "

Actually Thunderbird just stopped working with password authentication / IMAP. It's not working with OAuth, either.
