Cannot login into Azure account for free period.

Recently I've created an Azure Account with free test period, but I cannot login into. The first time I've tried I reported me a message:
Account locked. Admin can unlock it. But I cannot create a support ticket because I could not get login. I seems like a prank. Nosense. Any help will be appreciated.

Already tried it, but I only get an audio speech that only gives me the option of get into this help web link:

So, I come back to the same point without an efficient solution.
It seems like Microsoft doesn't want me to test de free period of Azure...

@José Luis Pascual was this a new MSA account you used to create your Azure trial account? Even if you're locked out, you should still be able to create a billing support ticket via https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/supportPlans. You shouldn't need to be signed in with the locked account and provide the relevant details. Let me know if that helps or not.
