Hello there,
Have you physically replaced the Hd with SSD and tried booting up? Is SSD detected while you try to install a new image?
This might be due to the partition type that you have selected. Do you have any error messages when you try to clean and install the device after installing the SSD?
The most successful method to create the bootable USB is to download the Media Creation Tool and let that create the USB automatically, there is no need to use a 3rd party tool.
There is no problem installing Windows 10 onto a GPT partition, which is the expected partition Style expected for a clean installation, when you come to the part to select a partition to install Windows 10, if there are any partitions on the drive delete them all until the whole drive is Unallocated Space, then select that and click Next to begin the installation.
