Uninstall Visual Studio Client Detector - (KB5001148) WSUS

I recently installed this tool on all of my Windows 10 computers(WSUS). This update broke a third-party network management system.(Goverlan).
The procmon logs show that VSCD changed the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) call location that Goverlan uses in the background to uninstall MSI programs.

How do I uninstall and reverse all of the configuration changes that (VSCD) (KB5001148) did to our Windows 10 computers? I've tried all the basic uninstall options. Uninstalling this tool does not reverse the configuration changes. To fix my issue, I assume that I need to reverse all the WMI configuration changes implemented by VSCD. Can someone tell what configuration changes it made so that I can manually change them...maybe in the registry.

I have detected what changes will occur in the registry of a computer after installing the KB5001148.

Please see the pictures and attachments for changes to the registry. The registry changes are only caused by KB5001148, the environment is Windows 10.
