We are running Terminal Server 2019 which has Exo installed. When our users log in and open Exo in their previous system if they hovered there mouse over an invoices a box would pop open with information for that invoice. On 2019 the box opens but nothing inside. Also under Control Panel, Ease of Access Center, Turn off all unnecessary animations is tick. If we untick it our pop out box works but on next log in it stops and Turn off all unnecessary animations is ticked again. Any suggestions?
