Azure SQL DB vs Azure SQL Managed Instance cost

Hi Team,

Out of using Azure SQL database and Azure SQL Managed Instance, which one is less costly.
Can you please provide me with a link which compares the cost/price of these 2 and shows where one is having lesser cost/price than other.

Azure SQL Database is cheaper as it's offer DTU's based tier and also vCore based for more intensive workflow.

Hovewer Managed Instance offers almost ~100% compatibility with on-prem Microsoft SQL Server. You can check prices based on your workflow using Azure Price Calculator
