"Static Tools Logo Test" in HLK report the error: "DVL test failed"

I used the HLK test my PCIe 3.0 driver, the test result of "Static Tools Logo Test" is failed！
The error description in HLK Manager is as follows:

I am sure I have copied the file DriverName.DVL.XML to the directory C:\dvl\ on test system, and the content of DVL file is correct!
I don't know why. Please help me！

My entire HLK test environment is as follows:
Hardware: PCIe 3.0 card, which is implemented through Xilinx's PCIe IP core. I set my hardware to "Other Bridge Devices" by IP core.
Driver: Class=Sample in the .inf file.
Target test system: Win10 x64 19041 Enterprise 21H2 LTSC
Test server: Windows Server 2016
HLK Version: HLK for Windows 10 version 2004
DVL file build tools: Visual studio 2022 + WDK_Win11 + SDK_Win11（latest）

Is this related to the "Other Bridge Devices" or "Sample"?
Or which tool is the wrong version?

    Moin,

    as you've build the DVL with the latest and greatest tool and you are using a slightly earlier HLK the HLK verifying the DVL does not like the line in the XML "...x64.Semmle.Summary". I removed that line and the test passed afterwards :-)
