Please help me to apply exam discount for Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Hi,

I am not able to apply exam discount in my account though others colleagues in my team are able to apply the exam discount as this exam is free for employees of our organization.

I am getting the following error if use arghyakumar.dhali@xlgroup.com as email (note this was email account when I joined the company 10 years back)
"Ërror AAL06: Could not complete account linking operation".

And I am getting the following error message when I use arghyakumar.dhali@axaxl.com (which is the current email address after acquisition) -
"Error AAL03: The email address specified for account linking (arghyakumar.dhali@axaxl.com) does not match the authenticated account (arghyakumar.dhali@xlgroup.com). Please make sure you are inputting and authenticating with the same email address."
