Can't log into Microsoft account (error 0x80048823)

I have been trying to login to my Minecraft Account for the past 2 days. Everytime I have tried it has said there was an error and to try again later. This has only happened when trying to sign into Minecraft launcher and Minecraft Bedrock edition. Everywhere else logging in has been no issue. I have tried using the password and the authenticator app, no success, it has always said "0x80048823". There is an existing account in the login screen but trying to login onto that has the same outcome as mentioned.
