Did Visual Studio also prompt the detailed warning message about why it cannot install VS 2019? Besides, just to confirm, you have checked the VS 2019 system requirements document and all of the system requirements have been met(especially using Windows 7 SP1 with latest Windows Updates, have full administrator rights and have enough disk space), right?

It was more of a warning than a wall set up on the installation fee!So, according to you does the use of Visual studio improve condition of work
on a Window 7 SP1 Professionnal computer on a large scale? Does it bring any
valuable update for example?I'm asking because it was the meaning of the the warning. Microsoft (the installer) were
telling this was too much dated (the system, not Visual studio).Thank you.
