Microsoft Ignite: Cloud App Maker Challenge

Question

Dear Sir, Madam,

I'm having trouble understanding where I can get the resources to follow the step of the challenge: Microsoft Ignite: Cloud App Maker Challenge

In the third module: Make your app like a pro, the excercizes revolve around tables and permission roles in the environment. It all start goods and shows me how to create a table in the Dataverse, but from thereon, all of a sudden (when the video shows how to create a canvas app), the video works with tables already created. Same with the FLOW excersize, it's based on a table that I've not created.

It frustrates me as I would like to step to step follow the instructor and the excersizes involved, yet it shows me nowhere how to setup the tables, yet the man in the video talks about not to worry at the start when we dont add columns to the table that we first create (Dive Shop Gear). I find myself lost looking for resources to use or video's to actually recreate the tables being used in the course.

Please assist if I am overlooking something, thank you in adance.
