Cannot create VM

Dear Microsoft Support, May you are willing to give me support because i cannot create an Azure VM Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or nay other Microsoft Server. Everytime when i create a VM i get an error message > see attachment. Question ; may you can help me ? I just want to create a Microsoft Server for test purposes.. Thanks in advance !     Hi @Valkenburg, Jan ,

    the "red cross" is pointing to the Basic tab. There is something missing or invalid on that tab.
    Please navigate to the Basic tab and verify the settings. You could also provide a screenshot of the Basic tab content here.

    Question ; May i have to buy credits ?
    ( I suppose that everyone who has an Azure -account he/she also has a standard credit to create / test a VM ?

    Hi @Valkenburg, Jan ,

    for any reason your subscriptions is disabled.
    In a disabled subcription you can't create any resource.
    First you have to reactivate your subscription: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/subscription-disabled

    Dear Andres, Thank you for your answer. I reactivate for new subscription.... Looks like i have to subscripe again for new credit... so i have to enter
    my bank account details.. . honestly i am not relaxed to enter these private details.... As you know nowadays you cannot trust anybody...
    especially not someone you don't know on the other site of the world...
