MCP profile migration issue

Question

Hi Team , when I log to MS learn using my personal ID now I m not able to see the achievements and certifications for my profile it seems its all has been migrated under my new work email the certifications not showing

the migration happened while I was under the impression that its a linking not migration to the profile , so please assist by restoring my profile data to my personal ID where i used to manage my profile , all I wanted was to link the profile to my work email to allow the new work to enroll competency using my certifications as they requested
