SharePoint admin center API access - issue

I am not able to approve the Graph permission in the SharePoint admin center for the SPFx app which is requesting for admin to grant the graph api permission. But I can see the message in red color that "We can't display pending or approved requests right. try refreshing the page" message coming up...

Because of the error I am not able to approve any API permission. Any suggestion here

    According to my research, please try to do some troubleshooting:

    1. Try to clean the browser cache.
    2. Try to use a different account.
    3. According to the content of the official documentation, please check the account permission:

    The admin role that's required to approve permissions depends on the API. To approve permissions to any of the third-party APIs registered in the tenant, the application administrator role is sufficient. To approve permissions for Microsoft Graph or any other Microsoft API, the Global Administrator role is required. The API access page is not available for people signed in with the global reader role.
