Link files in a different sharepoint team

Question

Hey :)
I need some help from you guys,
I work in a company that every department has its own sharepoint,
The marketing department has a sharepoint that acts like a intern site. I need that sharepoint to be able to retrieve some folders from other shrepoint,
but when i try to import it only shows me the ones i own.

is there a way ?

Dear @Levi Serrano ,

Thank you for your post in our forum.

There are several reasons that cause your issue.

1. This library view contains a filter ‘Create by – [Me]’, only author can see their own files and folder.
   

2.The folder may be in draft state (the folder is checked out), only author and user with approve permission could view draft files and folders.
