This problem is usually caused by a lack of SAN information, and Edge versions higher than v79 require the SAN information to be included in the certificate. If the certificate does not have the correct SubjectAlternativeName
extension, it will trigger an error that the security certificate does not specify a Subject Alternative Name. You can regenerate the certificate to include the subject alternative name,then replace the problematic certificate with this one that contains the extension. In addition, you can also disable the checking of SubjectAlternativeName
in your browser configuration.
