Shift>export plan date format mm-dd-yyyy doesn't change to data format dd-mm-yyyy in Excel

Hello,

We export our shifts planning to excel.
In Excel I want to change the date format from mm-dd-yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy. Normally you can fix this with the cell format, but the excel document doesn't react on any command I give.

It would be even better if the export plan, would directly open with the date format, how use it in our country.
