Licensing Windows Server CALs

I'm having trouble finding information on CALs licensing.

For example, if I have 30 users and 15 printers, can I purchase 30 User CALs and 15 Device CALs? Will mixing Windows Server CAL per user and Windows Server CAL per device on one server with Windows Server 2022 Standard be used correctly?

I would ask for a source where I can find such information on the official Microsoft website.

    I advice against using multiple variants of Licenses on the RDS this is not a best practice and you can check faq over here for licensing - client-access-license

    Also you can call up the support desk for licenses query so it is clear. contact-us
