Trouble with execute Set-OrganizationConfig in Exchange Server, have to add more tags

Hi,
I met something strange when execute cmd in exchange server 2010 in Windows Server 2012 R, it keeps telling me error, ask me to add another tag constantly...

This is what I want execute original, but got error

when I add this error tag to my cmd , it tells me another tag error

when I add this error tag to my cmd again, it tells me another tag error again

And I just want to use ONE tag, but it just won't execute...

can anyone tell me where am I wrong? any help woulde be appreciated!

    Welcome to our forum.

    Agree with Andy.
    The AdfsIssuer parameter specifies URL of the AD FS server that's used for AD FS claims-based authentication, this parameter does not apply to Exchange Server 2010.
