Renewal of annual Azure Sponsorship; unable to complete

I have followed the online steps to renew my annual non-profit subscription for Azure. But it does not seem to be applying or something. I expected an email from a support person but have not received it. My Subscription ID to renew is 93cb1026-0735-4707-b644-eb86c1b36f64. Please help. Thank you.
