Is there an api to interact with call queues?

Is there an existing api, or perhaps plans to make an api to update call queues similar to what can be done via get-cscallqueue/set-cscallqueue cmdlets?

I recently had to update users assigned to call queues with these, and these would be substantially simpler to accomplish via an api.

Hope you are doing well,

As per my Analysis/knowledge currently get/set call queues functionality is currently not available using Microsoft Graph API.
We already have a feature request regarding the same, you can upvote it, this will be monitored by Microsoft team and make the enhancements to Microsoft Graph APIs. I will also upvote for you from my side.
