Failed to trigger Azure Function in an action group

After lifecycle management is successfully updated, an action group will be triggered: 1 send an email, 2 trigger an Azure Function
But on October 24, 2022, 6:39 UTC, after lifecycle management was successfully updated, only email was sent.
- "Put storage account management policies" wasn't recorded in activity log.
- Azure Function wasn't triggered.
