We Need to prevent a Common Area phone from being able to make any External calls

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I'm trying to restrict a phone profile from being able to Dial out, it needs to be able to make internal calls and receive All calls and needs to be able to Dial emergency services ONLY.

I'm a bit confused though, do i need to create new: "Calling Policy" "Dial Plan" "Voice Routing Policy"

When I try to run Get-CsVoiceRoutingPolicy it says its no longer valid command

I wanted to see what current ones we have….so I can better understand this going forward.
