You can reassign DPs to another site within the same hierarchy. This was added a few years ago: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/servers/deploy/configure/install-and-configure-distribution-points#bkmk_reassign. You may need to convert the Pull DP to a normal DP first and then can convert it back to a Pull DP later -- I can't say I've tested this so just speculating.
Changing site of Windows 10 Pull DP (CM 2207)
Hi, is still undoable to change site of any DP in CM 2207 hierarchy without uninstallation? I would like to change site of Windows 10 pull DP?

Hmm just read it - site DP is reassigned to must be primary one and in my case I want to change DP site from primary site to secondary site ...
This feature lets you reassign a distribution point to another primary site without redistributing the content. The distribution point's current site can be either a primary or secondary site.
Correct. Having multiple DPs in a secondary site is a bit of a corner case design though, are you sure this is the best option for the environment?
We had secondary site server down and temporary solution was Windows 10 pull DP but in primary site - now when secondary site server is up and running I would like Windows 10 pull DP to pull content from secondary site server but they must be in the same site. That pull DP should be moved to other city in the country but in same secondary site - clients there would use it to pull content from and save time and bandwidth.
This would be an architectural change of course, but are you sure you need a secondary site at all? Not saying you don't, just asking the question to validate as your only choice moving forward here is to build a new DP if so and this additional DP is required based on your environment.
You are 100% right - only factor driving existence of secondary site is low bandwidth between branch office and HQ where primary site resides. Also, I would like to have in-depth info what proxy management point on secondary site server really does under the hood - when clients in secondary site communicate with proxy management point and when with management point on primary site server ... I still have some murky points having read MS documentation.
BTW I found this ... so it might be doable after all.
It seems MS has issues with updating docs.
