Microsoft Teams outbound calls being marked as Spam

Greetings,

We have started using Microsoft Teams as our company's phone system. However, it appears that basically all of the phone numbers that we get from Microsoft show up as "Spam" on outbound calls to our customers. I have registered our phone numbers with First Orion and one other company (forgot the name), but it hasnt helped much.

Any suggestions on how to get our numbers cleared of the spam classification? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

This issue may need to be investigated from backend.
