Hi, the previous account admin no longer works for our company. I have logged in as their account and was able to transfer the service admin but I cannot see how to transfer the account admin. We are also using a sponsorship subscription and when I try to transfer the billing it just keeps saying Transfer is not supported for your subscription type.

Also check if the subscription can allow transfer via the type supported -
Not all types of subscriptions support billing ownership transfer. To view the list of subscription types that support transfers, see Azure subscription transfer hub.subscription-transfer

Thanks for the response, when I goto transfer I get this
So it looks like sponsorship subscriptions are non-transferable but the admin account is under a old a manger who left the company so I am not sure what to do here. I was able to transfer the service admin but the account admin I cannot transfer. For some reason only that account is able to see the balance and usage information.

Yeah looks like restrictions or limitations of the type Subs, so I advice to get a call raised to sort this out - global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
