Can anyone advise how to import an OLE Object field (containing photos) into a shar point list with field type image?

I have an access back end that grew too large and need to load it into share point for anywhere access by a few people. I still want to use MS Access as the front end on the desk top however there seems to be incompatibility issues between the 2 field types.
