Still getting charged for disabled subscription

I already disabled my subscription but still, I am getting charged. Please help me!!!. Moreover, I applied for free account and was told that I could use a number of services for free for 12 months but somehow I got charged.

    @Nguyen Huynh , with regards to the free services, please cross check list at the bottom of the page as you may have been charged for a service that is not on this list. Regarding your disabled subscription, you may have been charged for the services prior to the subscription being disabled. Your best course of action is to open a billing support case, which doesn't have a charge.
