OneDrive sync after profile reset

When a users local profile has been reset. When they log back in all of their files are gone - to be expected.

Is it possible to configure OneDrive to then sync back down the files/folders for said user?

Is this a manual process to copy data from the old profile to the newly created?

Would the new known folders sync up to OD as blank as per the new profile?

Sizable domain using domain account to sync to OD. GPO for auto sign in for each user.

    Hi @Dean_N888 ,
    As far as I know this is the by default behavior in OneDrive, if the Windows profile reset the %userprofile% will remove all local data.
    In my opinion, you should back up the local data to cloud by the user account. You can refer to this support article and check if is helpful:
