Hello, we have an integration to Bing Ads. Customers are required to use this integration with a business account, not a personal account. This is a Microsoft requirement. However, when our customer goes to activate the integration, we get a 'WorkIdentityNotAvailable' error with the message: 'You must use a personal Microsoft account to sign in to Bing Ads.'
This goes against the requirements for the integration to be activated, so we are stumped with how to resolve. Our customers must use a work account, however Microsoft is returning the error that they have to use a personal account.
Has anybody encountered this issue? Any workarounds?
