Hi team,

I have a query in linked service configuration, I have created ADLS gen2 linked service through service principal authentication type. I have also provided the tenant id service principal ID while creation.

Will the tenant and service principal ID will be same across all the environments (Dev, Test and Prod), where I can verify it?

    Hi @Tej ,

Thank you for posting query in Microsoft Q&A Platform.

In addition to @Nandan Hegde , let me explain you in simple terms.

You can check the directory information of your subscriptions to confirm they mapped in same tenant or different tenant.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if any further queries.

    Hey,
Not sure of your question here :)
It depends on how you/your company architecture it.

In some scenarios, teams have their dev and test RGs/resources in another tenant as compared to Prod whereas some teams have all in same tenant with different RGs.
So you need to reach out to your solution architect about the tenant scenario
