Hello, I have not made any changes to our Onbase Hyland Client E3 install in SCCM, however it seems to be failing recently. I've tried several machines with the same result: The error I get is this: 0x666(1638)
I googled it and that error says that the software is already installed. I have checked the computer and it is not installed.

I've also checked the appenforce log:

You can see from the command line that the app is VC redist. it as that is this giving the error. Edit the command line to add Logging to see what is going on.

    Hi, @Draconna

Thanks very much for your feedback. We're glad that the problem is solved now. Here's a short summary for the problem, we believe this will help other users to search for useful information more quickly.

    Problem/Symptom:
Onbase Hyland Client E3 is failed to install, the log shows "Unmatched exit code(1638) is considered an execution failure"

    Solution/Workaround:
According to the log, we can see the error happened when install VC_redist.x86.exe, and we found VC_redist.x86.exe is the dependency of Onbase Hyland Client E3, so delete the two 2019 redist dependencies, then Onbase Hyland Client E3 can be installed on client machines successfully.
