Hi, I had chosen Microsoft authenticator app as an option of authentication in order to join MS Teams for the organisation of SAP SE. At first it was fine but the organisation said not to use the app for authentication but our mobile phone so i deleted the app. Then i hadn't other options but only the app for authorization so i re installed it but it doesn't send me a request for approval. I tried with the 6 digit code which the app provide us every 30 sec but it doesn't work either.
I had checked security settings and i had contacted with the SAP SE but they could not find a solution. I have to note that i want to log in in this organization with my school account.
Please let me know how to fix it, so as to have other authenticate options. Thank you.

This may have been fatal if you did have backup turned on prior. If that's the case you'll need to ask university admins to reset the account.

You can restore from backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

You can recover your account credentials from your cloud account, but you must first make sure that the account you're recovering doesn't exist in the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, if you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app. This check is important so we can be sure we're not overwriting or erasing an existing account by mistake.

No, i still have the problem but i think i did not describe the problem well enough. I use me university email in order to join SAP SE group at MS teams. I give my university credentials and it's all ok but at the second step (see the image) of the authentication the Microsoft Authenticator app doesn't work. I choose i can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now but the option with the verification code from the app doesn't work either. I get a message "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again." but the code is that 6 digit code that appears every 30sec in the app when i choose my school account. I also checked the additional security verification page and the app here is working ( accept the verification code for my school account in order to check settings in the additional security verification page).
