I need to recover/renew previous certifications, but I'm not sure what email account I used when I earned them. Please help?

I need to recover/renew previous certifications, but I'm not sure what email account I used when I earned them. I haven't worked on certifications since 2006, when I left work due to a disability. I am now poised to reenter the workforce, but will need to update my résumé to reflect my previous achievements. Can you help me? Thanks so much.
