Calendar items not showing in Outlook

Hi,

I'm having a problem where I've setup Outlook with cache mode (for an Office365 account )but unfortunately my calendar is not showing any appointments in it.

My calendar shows up (in Outlook) when cache mode is turned off. The calendar also show in Outlook on the web.

Here is what I've tried so far without any success:

  1. Tried to recreated the OST file - still no calendar appointments
  2. Tried a new Outlook profile - still no calendar appointments
  3. Tried a new windows profile with a new Outlook profile - still no calendar appointments
  4. Tried a completely differnet PC (with the same Office365 account) - still no calendar appointments
  5. Tried a different version of office, Office 2019 - still no calendar appointments

However, as mentioned, without cache mode on, the Calendar items shows up.
Also, the calendar is showing in Outlook on the web.

Any ideas why this is happening and how can I rectify this please?

    Is your environment a cloud only one or a hybrid, do other users encounter this same issue?

    According to my research, this thread shared a solution: Outlook calendar entries disappearing when in cached mode.

    Right click calendar -> properties -> Synchronization -> Filter -> Clear All
