Connection error when running pyrhon code to initialize text to speech on windows

When I try to run initialize text to speech code , I get the error message : Synthesis canceled, error details Connection failed (no connection to the remote host). Internal error: 1. Error details: Failed with error: WS_OPEN_ERROR_UNDERLYING_IO_OPEN_FAILED.

@Damilre-5192 Is this an intermittent error that worked previously on this platform? If yes, it would be helpful to check more details about the error by enabling logging with the SDK.
If this error occurred for the first time with your setup, Did you set the speech key correctly and install the compatible Visual C++ package for your architecture?
