Synapse link snapshot data missing partitions

We're using synapse link to replicate dataverse data through to synapse.
The live tables are working okay, but the snapshot data for some tables is missing some partitions. Column 3 in image 1 below is the counts.
As you can see in the second image, we're missing some partitions e.g. 2019-11. We know they should appear as their respective csvs exist in the underlying snapshot folders and contains the missing records that appear in the standard external table sql object.
What's going on here?
