Outlook 2013 cannot connect to server

Dear Sirs,

I was recommended by Microsoft Agent to ask here.

Our outlook 2013 suddenly stopped working since 12 Oct 2022. It keeps showing that "microsoft outlook cannot conncet to the server." as attached below

I have tried to repair the account or reinstall all office apps but still unsuccessful. It required me to type the password when i open the outlook app, but even i typed correctly it keeps looping and asking for password.

Please advise and suggest us how to solve this issue asap. Really urgent for us!

    It seems like an issue related to autodiscover, can you provide some information from you for further confirmation?

    1. Does anyone else have this problem in your organization?
    2. Does it work fine on other versions of Outlook?

    For further confirm errors on autodiscover, can you run a Test email autoconfiguration on your outlook?
    Open the Outlook and press the CTRL key on your keyboard and right click the Outlook icon in the notification area of the Windows taskbar.
    In the menu that appears, click Test E-mail AutoConfiguration.
    Type the account and password.
    Choose "Use Autodiscover" button, and clear other selections.
    Click Test.
    Provide screenshots of Result and log tab.
