Hyper-V SFP+ PCI problems virtual machines

Hi

I have some weird problems with a HP 530SFP+ PCI card.

The first problem is if we set our switch port connected to the HP 530SFP+ as an untagged port then we don't receive any IP.
This is the same setup as the normal network interface where we receive an IP as untagged. So don't understand why this is not working.

Now when we tagg the vlan on our virtual switch, the host gets an IP address, also if we tagg the vlan in virtual machine settings then the virtual machines gets an IP. The virtual machines has network access to everything now.

The weird part now if we ping from another device in the network to the virtal machine we don't get any reply back. And this is not from all other devices but it's 50/50.
From the moment we ping from the virtual machine to the network device that don't ping, then suddenly the ping comes up... without doing anything. This is a big problem cause 50% of the device had access to the virtual machine en 50% not, untul we ping from a device to the virtual machine, then it's ok again..

Latest firmware installed of the network card etc.. In virtual switch manager "Allow Managment operating system to share this network adapter" unchecked to test,

Can someone help me with this?
