Hello,

I have a work account I linked to 2 AD (my company and my client company) everything was working fine but we had a PR issue on Azure Devops and after raising the following ticket https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/PullRequest-not-accessible-even-though-i/10153979#T-ND1018210. I was asked to do some actions (removing myself from my Devops and adding me again), and since then I am not able to be added to my Devops again. In the ticket I linked, I was asked to raise a ticket here about this issue (the PR issue still persists).

I need to be able to add my work account again in order to work properly (I use a temporary account for the moment). You can have more info about this point in the ticket linked.

Thanks in advance for your answers,

Regards

Magalie

    Hi @GIMENES Magalie ,

As mentioned by Wade Zhou in your previous post, your organization is not backed to Azure Active Directory, so if your account is not a Microsoft account, you cannot login. He is correct that the DevOps owner would need to connect the organization back to Azure Active Directory, add your email, and then you can login.

I also understand that you are receiving the message, "You can’t sign up here with a work or school email address." You cannot add your work account when you are adding a Microsoft account or creating a new one. So if the devops organization cannot be backed to an Azure Active Directory and add your account, you need to use a personal account (gmail.com, yahoo.com) to login.

If you are simply having trouble logging into any services with that account, however, you can reach out to free billing support for help with your access issues. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide&tabs=online
