How to stop modern SharePoint List changing to vertical layout when editing an existing list entry

Hi Team

I'm having issues with my modern SharePoint list where it seems to change to a vertical layout when I edit an existing entry.

Previously we could search for an existing entry in the search bar, click on the entry to bring up the form and update it where it'd automatically save any field that was updated

The form itself is set-up in sections and has a header which has been set-up with JSON coding.

This only started to happen recently, and I don't want the end user needing to go and click on "Edit all" on top of the form, for them to update an existing entry.

Hopefully this can be fixed.

As this issue is weird and I have not reproduced it on my site, would you please provide some screenshot for this problem?

Below is an example of where I bring up an entry but typing in the name on the search bar and then clicking on the drop down

The form will open up in the proper layout

I'll then update a random field, and the form will change format from sections to a vertical layout

I'd need to click on "Edit all" on top of the form, so the layout doesn't change and then click "Save" for it to save changes I've made, this never happened before until recently.

I don't want to have the end user needing to click on "Edit all" for any list entry as previously, it'd automatically save when any field was updated, and the layout will still be in sections

Hopefully this a quick fix and I look forward to your response.
