How to achieve virtualization in WPF canvas?

I'm trying to achieve the virtualization in WPF Canvas control. But, I could not find any solution or example of how to achieve it.

I found the below link which will help to achieve the same but unable to download the sample.

Is there any way to achieve the virtualization in WPF Canvas?

Yes, I tried the VirtualCanvas which is available in the below link,

VirtualCanvas

But, I have to add some custom usercontrols and controls to the Canvas. This is applicable for 2 Dimension shapes.
