mstsc is not a recognized as a cmdlet when trying to connect to virtual machine

Hi @Anonymous ,

by default the mstsc.exe should be in the C:\Windows\System32\ folder.

Are you able to start mstsc.exe at all on the computer?
If the mstsc.exe is missing on the computer you could try to copy the file from a working computer.
