Registry key location for global scaling and layout settings

Can anyone please advise where the location of the registry keys are for the global scaling and layout settings. IE when in the GUI you move the slider to 125% or 150% it applies to all users. This is the key I am looking for.

NOTE: I am not looking for HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\LogPixels and Win8DpiScaling keys. This is a per user setting and not what I am looking for.
