Hello!
I have the following problem:
I stopped an app but it didn't change the button to stop. And now the restart button is not showing either.
any idea why this happens?

Thanks for reaching here! Could you please try to refresh the browser or try opening azure portal in different browser, hoping its in web view, I have repro this now 10:51am IST 28/10/22 for West US region and it seems fine.
Also when you stop the app Stop button is not displayed and restart is greyed.

Hi, thanks for the help.
I have tried reloading the browser, logging into another browser, clearing cookies but none of that has worked. Now all my app services have the same problem even since a new app service is created, the "stop" button does not appear.

I got the same issue! I ony can "Start" the app even if it's already running. I can't stop it or restart it.
@Marc-André Morin could you try changing Azure portal language to english.

Apologies for replying late here! Could you please check if you have all the permissions for this website, also could you try changing the language of portal to English.
