in the status reason of accounts there are several options. They are all mostly in draft, why?
how do they get into active? what does it mean?

Microsoft Account entity is mostly used entity and Microsoft has tried to keep all most common status reason which satisfies most of
or Maximum business scenarios. however customer is free to change or modify status reason as per their needs.
