RDS 2019, tasks not show when minimized tasks

To All supports,
I have configured RDS 2019 with use legacy RCM, when login to the RDS sever everything of program is working normally but cannot minimize tasks because after minimized tasks that the tasks are missing, and cannot get it back.
The program has many sub menus that can open it and minimize it. How to configure to show the sub menu after minimizing it?

The first picture is the problem.
The second picture is existing system is work normally no problem.
