can't sign in misrosoft account Azure file sync-server registration

Dear Team, i cant sign in azure file sync-server registration in virtual machine(server 2016). When i am installing the azure sync agent tool in vm the installation process finish successfully but when it get sign in to your account it get an error message "you can't sign in here with a personal account use your work or school acct instead". I cant registered the storage sync service and not going to the next step.i don't understand what are the reason, its my personal account of microsoft "somnath.nondal@harsh.com .com" and "its a pays as you go model" pls any free suggest for me becoz i am biggener in this platform and when i am practicing this type of problem occurred. 255019-azure-error.jpg

    Can you try to register your server using PowerShell instead of the GUI.

    Here's the command that you need to use.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.storagesync/register-azstoragesyncserver?view=azps-9.0.1

    You need to connect to the Azure account from the server first:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.accounts/connect-azaccount?view=azps-9.0.1
