Hi, I would actually ask your Azure admins to look at the sign in logs and see if there is any policy blocking this as well first.

Failure Reasons:[Token values do not match;]
I have previously successfully added a nhs.uk email to my iphone so I know it can be achieved. I am wondering if this particular NHS trust has blocked us from this task.
Should I ask Apple if they can help me?
